North Texas Ski School
NTX Ski School is located on the west side of Fort Worth, Texas. We specialize in teaching beginner water-sports. This includes much more than just traditional two-skiing. We have certified USA Water Ski and Wake Sports instructors, with over 20 years of experience, for all disciplines including: Slalom, Trick, Jump, Wakeboard, Wakesurf, Barefooting, Kneeboarding, etc.
Where do we Ski?
NTX Ski School operates primarily on Lake Worth, with limited access to Marine Creek. We typically pickup at the Arrow S Park, Lake Worth Boat Docks, located under the I-820 bridge.
Additionally, one of the unique options we offer is the ability to come to you. We recognize that a large number of people interested in water sports already have a boat, skis, etc., but can greatly benefit from our experienced coaches showing you how to maximize your current setup.
Boats
The primary boat used is a 2011 Sport Nautique 200. It is equipped with Zero-Off rev S. It is a V-Drive, and does have a center pylon and tower. The wakes are the same size and shape as the Ski Nautique 200. However, they do feel noticeably “harder”, and there is more of a rooster tail. This year and model was a USA-WSWS Approved Tournament Towboat. We have found it perfect as an all around water sports machine.
